Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breast fillets
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice
3/4 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
buttered bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together the wine, rice and chicken broth; place in greased baking dish.
Place chicken over rice mixture.
Add about 1/2 cup milk and undrained mushrooms to soup.
Mix well and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with thyme and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil; cook another 20 minutes.
Remove cover and allow crumbs to lightly brown.
