Iowa Carrot Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked carrots, mashed
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
    orange juice concentrate
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream 3/4 cup margarine and sugar. Add eggs, then cooked carrots, vanilla and lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Bake for 12 minutes at
