Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
2 ripe bananas, mashed
3 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Combine flour, soda, sugar and salt in mixing bowl and blend well. Stir in nuts. In separate bowl mix eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple (including juice), bananas and coconut. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until flour mixture is moistened. Grease and flour two 9 X 5 loaf pans. Divide batter into pans and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. These freeze real well.
