Fried Rice(From The Chinese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 c. cold cooked white rice
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 bacon slices, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 scallions with green tops, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat.
    Saute rice, stirring with a metal spoon 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir eggs into rice.
    Cook stirring constantly over medium heat, until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.
    Stir in bacon, soy sauce and pepper; combine well. Garnish with scallions.
