Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. creamy or chunk style peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. quick or old-fashioned uncooked oats
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat together butter, peanut butter and sugars until creamy. Blend in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture; blend well.
Stir in oats, chocolate pieces and raisins.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
Makes about 4 1/2 dozen.
