Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. long grain rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 stick butter
2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans beef or chicken bouillon
Preparation
-
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
Remove and brown rice in same pan.
Then add onion and bell pepper and bouillon.
Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Good with any kind of wild game.
