Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated unpared zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In
    a bowl, place flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Toss
    lightly
    with
    a fork to mix.
    In a large bowl,
    beat
    eggs
    well.
    Gradually
    add
    sugar and oil, mixing well.
    Add
    vanilla
    and
    dry
    ingredients.
    Stir
    well.
    Add zucchini and
    nuts.
    Spread batter in well buttered 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake
    in
    a 350\u00b0 oven for 80 to 90 minutes or until done (or use 2 buttered 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans and cook 60 minutes).
    Recipe
    can
    be
    used for muffins.
    Makes 18 muffins. Cook for 20 minutes.
