Polynesian Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 stick oleo, softened
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine flour, salt and soda.
    In large bowl, beat oleo, oil, sugars and egg until creamy.
    Slowly add flour mixture.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are crisp and centers are soft. You don't need to grease the pan, but I spray my pans.
