No Crust Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, coarsely chopped (6 c.)
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, coarsely shredded (4 c.)
    4 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with a fork in a large bowl.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
