Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. diced raw apples
3 c. sifted plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs. Add oil, sugar, apples and pecans. Beat by hand. Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Mix well by hand.
Bake in an ungreased food cake pan (Bundt) for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve with softened cream cheese.
