Chilled Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Chill several hours or overnight. Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
