Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
1 c. shredded zucchini
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. shredded lemon peel
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir together flour, cinnamon, soda, salt, powder and nutmeg; set aside.
Mix and beat sugar, zucchini and egg.
Add oil, lemon peel and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir flour mixture into batter. Fold in walnuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
