Ingredients

1 c. rice
3 eggs
1 large can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. regular milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch in a little milk (to thicken)
Preparation

Cook rice.
Add eggs, canned milk, sugar, regular milk and vanilla.
Heat.
Add cornstarch mixture to thicken some.
