Ingredients

1/2 lb. Crisco
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. lemon extract
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
12 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs and extract.
Beat until fluffy.
Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
Stir
in
chocolate chips.
Place 1 teaspoon of mixture on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly golden. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
