1 stick butter
1 lb. pecans
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
Preparation

Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Mix in 1 cup sugar (1 tablespoon at a time).
Fold in pecans. Pour over butter and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Cool.
