Christmas Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. candied cherries, diced
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Yield: 1 loaf.
