Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sour milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar in a mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
    Blend in eggs, 1 at a time.
    Stir in bananas.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk and pecans, mixing well after each addition.
    Pour in greased and floured loaf pan (9 x 5-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
