Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small jar apricots (baby food)
Preparation

Mix flour, soda, sugar and cinnamon.
Add oil and buttermilk; mix well.
Stir in eggs, nuts and apricots.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
