Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. canola oil
    2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 or 4)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Combine all ingredients and pour into 2 loaf pans (metal pans work best). Spray pans with Pam. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool in pans for about 10 minutes, then put them out on a cooling rack. When cool, wrap in Saran Wrap and then in aluminum foil. Keep in refrigerator.
