Ingredients

5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
cherry pie filling
Preparation

Put all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Add butter and shortening.
Mix with pastry blender.
Add eggs and flavoring.
If too dry, add milk.
Roll and cut with a doughnut cutter cutting a hole in the top layer only.
