Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. zucchini
4 c. onions
5 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. celery seek
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 sweet green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Grind zucchini and onions and soak overnight in salted water. Drain, rinse, combine in pan with remainder of ingredients, and cook for five (5) minutes.
Put into clean jars and seal.
