Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. ground onion
    5 Tbsp. canning salt
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 green peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Let first 3 ingredients set overnight.
    After setting overnight, drain and rinse, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to rolling boil, can and seal.
