Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. coarsely grated zucchini squash with seeds removed
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt together. Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla; beat to mix well, then add the zucchini.
    Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well, then add 1 cup pecans or chopped walnuts and 1 cup of raisins. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
