Apple Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. each: salt and baking soda
    1 tsp. cloves (ground)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, ground cloves and baking powder and add to mixture. Beat all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute, then at medium speed for 1 minute.
    Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased loaf pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely before serving.
