Microwave Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 slice fresh ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cauliflower slices
    1 c. red or green pepper strips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Put oil, ginger and garlic into a 2-quart microwave dish. Cook, uncovered, in microwave oven for 2 minutes at High.
    Add onion, broccoli, cauliflower and pepper to casserole; stir.
    Cover dish.
    Cook in microwave 3 to 4 minutes at High or until vegetables are crisp.
