Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soft oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    grated rind of lemon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease dish and line with wax paper on bottom.
    Blend oleo and sugar, then eggs.
    Alternate dry ingredients with milk.
    Add rind of lemon and chopped nuts.
    About 5 minutes after cooling, turn out onto rack.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
