Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 (15 oz.) box raisins
Preparation

Cream
butter and sugar; add eggs.
Beat until mixed, then add sour cream and stir well.
Sift dry ingredients and add to sour cream
mixture.
Beat or stir until well mixed.
Fold in raisins. Makes 2 loaves (fill pans about half full).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
