Home Cooked Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and cook until thick, then add 2 tablespoons mustard and cool.
    Just before using, add 1/2 cup heavy cream.
    Mayonnaise may be substituted for cream.
    If an individual's diet precludes the use of mayonnaise, condensed milk may be substituted.
    Basic dressing (before cream, mayonnaise, milk) may be stored in refrigerator for weeks.
