Mango Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 well beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar (less if mangoes are very sweet)
3/4 c. salad oil
2 c. diced mangoes
1/2 c. chopped nuts or raisins (optional)
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients together; form
a
well
in the center.
Add the remaining ingredients;
mix.
Pour
into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
