Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. lard or other shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (optional)
    1 egg and water (total 1 c.)
Preparation
    Blend shortening or lard with flour, sugar and salt.
    Beat slightly the egg in a measuring cup and fill the cup with water. Mix with dry mixture.
    This will make several crusts.
