Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening (Crisco)
2/3 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
3 or 4 bananas
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs,
beat 1 minute.
Add bananas with the flour mixture. Beat only
until blended.
Do not overbeat.
Pour into greased loaf pan in
350\u00b0
oven
and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
