Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 c. cooked ham, diced
    1 c. Monterey Jack Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 c. milk Cheddar or Longhorn cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Brown bacon until light golden brown; drain.
    Beat eggs until foamy; add milk, flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat by hand until smooth.
    Stir in meats and cheese; blend well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes (freezes well).
    Slice and heat in microwave about 15 seconds per slice.
