Bishop'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 eggs
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. halved candied cherries
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Grease loaf pan well and line bottom with wax paper. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix in chips, nuts, dates and cherries until well coated with flour. In a large bowl, beat eggs well on medium speed; gradually add sugar. Fold into flour mixture; turn into pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
