Pumpkin, Date, Nut, Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
3 c. pumpkin
1 c. raisins and/or chopped dates
1 c. nuts
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar together.
Add eggs.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add to egg mixture, then pumpkin.
If pumpkin is too thick, you may need to add water.
Stir in dates, nuts and raisins.
Pour into well-greased loaf pans.
It's really better to line the bottom of the pans with waxed paper.
Bake one hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
