Easy Make Ahead "Rhubarb Gleam" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 stalks red rhubarb
    2 to 3 c. sugar
    2 large pkg. strawberry jello
    juice from 1 lemon
Preparation
    Wash and cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces.
    Cover with water and boil until rhubarb is tender.
    Add sugar immediately and cool.
