Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. nuts
    3 very ripe bananas
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar with large mixer.
    (Keep mixer on entire recipe.)
    Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Add bananas and mash well.
    Pour into two 8-inch loaf pans, greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes (tops of loaves have to be browned).
    Goes great with hazelnut coffee!
