Zucchini, Onion And Carrot Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini (about 1 lb.)
    1 c. thinly diagonally sliced carrots
    2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 c. pure olive oil
Preparation
    Tip:
    Yellow summer squash may be used for part of the zucchini.
