Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shelled shrimp
    1/2 c. dry vermouth
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Have butcher butterfly a leg of lamb, or if your able, remove the bone yourself.
    Flatten the meat and roast on grill until done to your taste.
    It should take about 30 minutes, turning at 5 minute intervals.
    Spread with the Herb and Mustard Sauce and slice.
