Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated zucchini
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Alternate dry ingredients with grated zucchini into creamed mixture.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour, in greased
    and floured loaf pans.
