Jane'S Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar (white)
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs (room temperature)
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a small bowl, combine flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Stir to blend thoroughly.
Break eggs into mixer bowl; beat well.
Add vanilla, then oil, then sugar.
Add zucchini and mix well.
Add flour mixture slowly and blend well.
Mix in nuts.
Divide batter into three 1 1/3-cup loaf pans.
Bake for 50 minutes.
