Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. jam (strawberry or blackberry)
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. raisins, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Spray Pam in 3 pans.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 or 325\u00b0 until firm.
    Cook 3 more pans and that will be 2 cakes.
