Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. granola
2/3 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and granola.
Stir into the butter mixture, combining thoroughly.
Add chocolate chips.
Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove from sheets.
Cool on racks. Makes 36 cookies.
