Greasy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. slab bacon
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. hot peppers (jalapenos, optional)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    pinch of garlic powder
Preparation
    If bacon is sliced, cut into 1 to 2-inch chunks; if not sliced, dice into squares.
    Fry bacon alone until entirely cooked. Now add veggies.
    Cook until soft.
    Serve on sub rolls or hot dog rolls.
    Don't drain grease while cooking; if you do, put it on the bread.
    Great for open fires and camping.
