Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients except nuts in a large mixing bowl. Beat
    at low speed for 30 seconds, and medium speed for 2 minutes; stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.\tBake at 350\u00b0
    for
    50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
