Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well. Stir in grated zucchini.
    Sift remaining dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, stirring well.
    Fold in nuts and pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour
