Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 heaping c. zucchini with peeling, grated
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Using mixer, beat eggs.
    Add sugar, vanilla, oil and grated zucchini.
    Mix flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon together.
    Add to egg mixture gradually.
    Then add nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Slice and serve warm with butter; serve cold with cream cheese or just serve plain.
