Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. enriched all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can cooked pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (may use pecans)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients.
Make a well in center; add oil, water and pumpkin, mix well.
Stir in walnuts. Pour
into

x
5-inch loaf pans (2).
Bake for 60 minutes. May be served with whipped cream or whipped topping.
