Cranberry-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. orange juice
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
1 1/4 c. cranberries
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9-inch loaf pan.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl.
Make a well in center and pour in orange juice, eggs and melted butter; mix well. Fold in chopped nuts, cranberries and orange rind.
Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and set on middle rack in oven.
Bake 45 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Good toasted with butter or cream cheese.
