Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. mashed banana
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients well in small bowl.
    Mix sugar, oil, eggs and banana well; add to flour and mix well again.
    Add vanilla.
    Spray pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Check with toothpick to see if done.
    Contains 120 calories per serving, 4 grams fat and 19.4 grams carbohydrates.
