Low-Fat Banana Nut Bread(Yields 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. applesauce
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 large bananas, mashed
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream applesauce and sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Add flour alternately with bananas, beginning and ending with flour.
Mix well.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Pour in loaf pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
